| Dokken split up in 1988 and George subsequently formed his own band, Lynch Mob who released the albums Wicked Sensation (1990) and Lynch Mob (1992), but currently George has put his own band on hold and is working once again with the reformed Dokken. Interestingly, even though he does not read music, he did take lessons and is an extremely talented guitar player. He recently did a guitar clinic at Discount Music in Orlando, Florida where the pictures on this page were taken. Playing about an hour (while facing the bass player so that's why the pictures are not the best) he did a series of his songs including Mr. Scary from Back for the Attack. He was asked if there was a conflict between being a muscle builder and playing in a rock band and George stated that he was not a muscle builder since he refused to adhere to the discipline required to be a real muscle builder. (He said those guys need to get a life) | ||
